Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company (NSC) announces the record date as follows:

1. Record date: March 08, 2019      
2. Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2018.
3. Detailed information:

-       Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: March 27, 2019

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company (01 Luong Dinh Cua, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city).
