   The Board of Directors of I.D.I International Development and Investment Corporation approved the plan for holding the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Meeting date: in April 2019

-       Meeting venue: Dong Xuyen Hotel, No.9 Luong Van Cu, My Long ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province.

-       Content:

• The audited financial statements in 2018;
• Report on business performance in 2018 and business plan for 2019;
• Approving the plan for profit distribution in 2018 and 2019;
• Reports of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors;
• Other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting.
