On February 22, 2019, Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company issue the decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1. The Board of Directors decided to resign Mr. Nguyen Van Long as Deputy Director cum Chief Accountant as from February 22, 2019.
2. The Board of Director decided to appoint Mrs. Bui Thi Xuyen as person in charge of Corporate Accounting Department as from February 22, 2019.
