GMC: Resolution on agreements with Transimex Corp

On February 19, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GMC) approved the policy on executing the agreements and transactions regarding international shipping between Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company and Transimex Corporation (TMS). The value of each agreement, transaction will be lower than or equal to 20% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.
