Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) announces Board Resolution No.44 dated February 14, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the plan for organizing the 2019 Annual General Meeting:

-       Meeting date: expected from April 19, 2019 to April 25, 2019

-       Record date: March 08, 2019

-       Meeting place: Pullman Hotel, 15 Thi Sach, Thang Tam ward, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

Article 2: The Board of Directors the plan for paying cash dividend for 2018:

-       Payment ratio: 7%/share (VND700 for a share)

-       Record date: March 08, 2019

-       Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit of the Company

-       Payment date: March 29, 2019.
