CTD: Board resolution on holding the annual general meeting

According to Board Resolution No.06/2019 dated February 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to organize the 2019 Annual General Meeting:

-       Meeting date: April 09, 2019

2. Approving the investment plan for corporate bonds.

The Board of Directors approved the investment in corporate bonds of other firms:

-       Maximum investment: VND500 billion

-       Maximum bond term: 02 years

-       The bond interest rate is expected to be more than the saving interest rate by 1.5%/year at least.
