CMG: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares in CMS

The Board resolution dated February 01, 2019, the Board of Directors of CMC Corporation approved to receive the transfer of capital of CMC Trading and Production Com. Ltd in CMS Computer Company Limited with the transfer value of VND50,000,000,000. After, the transfer completes, CMC Corporation will become the ownership of CMS Computer Company Limited.

    To transfer the name of CMS Computer Company Limited into CMC Manufacturing and Service Company Limited (short name: CMS Co., LTD).
