BVH: BOD approves the transaction with related company

On January 31, 2019, the Board of Directors of Bao Viet Holdings (BVH) issued Resolution No.11/2019/NQ-HĐQT regarding the approval of the signing of transaction contract with Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company for the supply of advisory services and the transfer of investment capital of Bao Viet Holdings in some of subsidiaries.
