AST: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of stake

The Board resolution dated February 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of stake of Jalux Inc in Jalux Taseco Duty Free Company Limited as follows:

-       Estimated capital for transfer (based on par value): VND731,000,000, accounting for 2% charter capital of Jalux Taseco Duty Free Company Limited.

-       Expected transfer value: VND4,020,500,000

-       Purpose: to raise the ownership ratio at Total expected transfer value from 49% to 51%.

-       Time of implementation: Q1.2019.

-       To appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai as the representative of stake of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company in Jalux Taseco Duty Free Company Limited.
