The Board resolution dated January 21, 2019, Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the project of the production factory, including: steel frame, steel processing, and exploitation of inland port in Quynh Phuc industrial cluster, Kim Xuyen commune, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province.
