On January 07, 2019, Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution to approve to issue Tcorp3 bond (phase 2) as follows:

-          Issue volume: 5,000 bonds

-          Total value: VND50,000,000,000

-          Bond type: corporate bond, non-convertible bond and unsecured.

-          Term: 24 months

-          Interest rate: 10.5%/year.
