STK: BOD approves the transaction with Lien An

On January 26, 2019, Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation (STK) issued the Board resolution to approve the signing of transaction contract for DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn), POY (Partially Oriented Yarn) and FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) between Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation and Lien An Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

     This contract is valid from January 01, 2019 to December 31, 2020.
