On January 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company approved the transaction contract between Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company and the following companies:  

1. Viet Nam Machinery Installation Corporation – JSC (LLM)
2. Lilama 18.1 Joint Stock Company.
