On January 14, 2019, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Record date: expected on February 11, 2019

-       Meeting time: expected in March 2019 or April 2019.

 + Report on the business result in 2018;

 + Approving the selection of the audit firm to audit financial statements in 2019;

 + Approving the personnel change;

 + Approving the project investment in 2019;

 + Approving the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend and stock issuance under ESOP;
