ICF: ICF faces delisting risk According to Decision No.120/QĐ-SGDHCM dated April 03, 2018 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock ICF of Incomfish Corp was put under supervision status from April 10, 2018 because the profit after tax in 2017 was -29.04 billion dongs, the profit after tax in 2016 was -31.84 billion dongs.
On January 23, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the financial statements in Q4.2018 of Incomfish Corp (ICF). According to the report, the profit after tax in 2018 was -3.78 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2018 was -58.28 billion dongs.
According to Point đ, Provision 1, Article 60, Decree No.58/2012/ND-CP, securities will be delisted if the listed firm has losses in three consecutive years or the total accumulated loss exceeds the paid-in charter capital in the last year prior to the time of review. Therefore, HOSE will implement procedure to delist the stock of ICF if ICF’s audited financial statements in 2018 is negative. HOSE
