HTL: BOD approves to pay cash dividend for 2017

On January 07, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Long Engineering and Auto Joint Stock Company approved to pay cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-       Record date: February 15, 2019

-       Payment date: March 15, 2019

-       Exercise ratio: 20%/share (VND2,000/share)

-   Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Truong Long Engineering and Auto Joint Stock Company.
