HSA: Amend, supplement and issue charter of the Company

Hestia Joint Stock Company announced Notice No. 29/ 2018/ CBTTPH- HSA as follows:
Based on Annual General Mandate No. 01/ 2018/ NQ- DHDCD/ 2018 dated 08/ 04/ 2018 and Extraordinary General Mandate No. 02/ 2018/ NQ- DHDCD/ 2018 dated 23/ 08/ 2018 and the second Extraordinary General Mandate No. 03/ 2018/ NQ- DHDCD/ 2018 dated 01/ 10/ 2018, Hestia Joint Stock Company amended, supplemented and issued charter of the Company.
