On January 17, 2019, An Giang Import - Export Company (AGM) signed an agreement for the purchase of 4,000,000 shares of Dong Thap Agricultural Development Service Joint Stock Company (Dasco). After the transfer completes, the ownership ratio of An Giang Import - Export Company in Dasco will be 90.9%.
