AGF: AGF allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2019

On January 04, 2019, the Department of Planning and Investment of An Giang province issued a document allowing Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2019 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
