AAM: BOD resolution on the holding of AGM 2019 & dividend payment On January 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1. Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2019:
- Record date: expected in February 22, 2019
- Meeting time: March 16, 2019
- Meeting venue: lot 24, Tra Noc industrial zone, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City.

+ Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2018 and plan for 2019;
+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2018 and plan for 2019;
+ Report on the business result in 2018 and business plan in 2019;
+ Audited financial statements in 2018;
+ Report on the plan for the profit distribution in 2018;
+ Approval of the selection of the audit firm to audit financial statements in 2019
+ Other issues.
2. Approving the second 2018 dividend payment:
- Exercise ratio: 03%/par value (300 dongs/share)
