On December 07, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1485/TB-SGDHCM about the record date Van Phat Hung Corporation as follows:

-   Ex-right date: December 17, 2018

-   Record date: December 18, 2018

1. Reason & purpose: to pay second stock dividend for fiscal year 2017.
2. Content:

-   Exercise ratio: 100:12 (Shareholders are entitled to have 12 new share for every 100 shares owned).

-   Expected issue volume: 9,225,447 shares

-   Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-   For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 303 shares. With 100:12 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 303 * 12/100 = 36.36 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 36 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.36 will be cancelled.

-   Place of payment:
