VFG: PAN implements the public tender offer for VFG shares

Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announces the public tender offer for VFG shares by The PAN Group Joint Stock Company (PAN) as follows:

1. Bidder:  The PAN Group Joint Stock Company (PAN)

-        Head office: lot A1-9, Street VL3, Vinh Loc 2 Industrial zone, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province.

2. Information about the public tender offer:

-        Name of target stock: Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company

-        Stock code: VFG

-        Par value: VND10,000/share

-        Stock type: common stock

-        Number of VFG shares owned by PAN before trading: 6,323,000 (equivalent to 20%  total outstanding shares of VFG)

-        Number of VFG shares expected for purchase: 9,798,850 shares (equivalent to 31% total outstanding shares of VFG)

-        Number of VFG shares expected to be owned by PAN after trading: 16,121,850 shares (equivalent to 51%  total outstanding shares of VFG)

-        Buying price: VND38,500/share

-        Registration date: from December 03, 2018 to January 03, 2019
