SGR: Decision on tax penalties

Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated December 07, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Penalty for false declaration: VND168,911,946
2. Value added, Corporate income & personal income tax arrears: VND834,059,730
3. Reduce tax deduction: VND56,460,000
4. Late payment: VND338,480,588.
