SBT: BOD resolution on cash dividend payment & stock issuance to pay dividend

On December 07, 2018, the Board resolution of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the plan for 2017 – 2018 cash dividend payment:

-       Exercise ratio: 4%/par value (400 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: January 25, 2019

-       Record date: December 25, 2018.

2. Approving the plan for 2016 – 2017 stock issuance to pay dividend:

-       Stock name: Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company

-       Stock code: SBT

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Expected issue volume: 29,725,066 shares, equivalent to 6% of number of outstanding shares.

-       Issue price: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND297,250,660,000

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: Q4.2018 or Q1.2019.
