The Board resolution dated December 13, 2018, Viet Nam National Petroleum Group approved to sell its treasury shares with the following contents:

-       Stock name: Viet Nam National Petroleum Group

-       Stock code: PLX

-       Stock type: common share

-       Number of registered shares to sell: 12,000,000 shares

-       Purpose: to secure capital resources for business activities and investment in CSVC.

-       Expected trading date: from December 2018 to Q1.2019

-       Trading method: order matching or put through.
