On December 13, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.510/QD-SGDHCM to allow Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: PHC) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 20,839,956 shares

-      Additional volume: 2,500,599 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND25,055,990,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 23,340,555 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND233,405,550,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: December 17, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the 2017 dividend payment.
