Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce cancellation of the selling shares auction of Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation (DOFICO) in Tan Mai General Wood Joint Stock Company as follows:

     Until 16:00 on December 18, 2018, the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 15 of Decision No.500/QĐ-SGDHCM dated December 04, 2018 promulgating the auction regulation on the second selling shares of Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation (DOFICO) in Tan Mai General Wood Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
