Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce cancellation of auction of the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Com. Ltd in An Giang Agriculture and Foods Import-Export Joint Stock Company as follows:

            Until 16:00 on December 01, 2018, the deadline of registration of the application for selection of potential investors to participate in the auction of the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Com. Ltd in An Giang Agriculture and Foods Import-Export Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to submit the application. Therefore, according to Announcement No.566/XS dated December 03, 2018 by the Appraisal Board on the result of registration of the application for selection of potential investors and Article 15 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of An Giang Lottery Com. Ltd in An Giang Agriculture and Foods Import-Export Joint Stock Company and Decision No.489/QĐ-SGDHCM dated November 27, 2018 by the Chief Executive Officer of Hochiminh Stock Exchange, this auction is not eligible to be held.
