KSH: Divestment in Tam Nguyen Investment and Sa Pa Resources Investment

    On December 07, 2018, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved to sell its all stake in two companies, including:

1. To transfer its all shares in Tam Nguyen Investment Com. Ltd.:

-       Stock volume: 3,656,175 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND36,561,750,000

-       Time of implementation: expected in December 2018.

2. To transfer its all shares in Sa Pa Resources Investment Joint Stock Company:

-       Stock volume: 7,000,000 shares

-       Selling price: VND10,000/share

-       Total value: VND70,000,000,000

-       Time of implementation: expected in December 2018.
