KAC: KAC to collect shareholder' opinion in writing

    Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company announces the implementation of collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

1. To collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about the transfer of part of Khang An – Phu Huu, District 9 Residential Area project to An Viet Land Business Housing Com. Ltd.:

2. To collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about the charter capital increase to VND600 billion:
