-        Number of distributed shares: 27,496,320 shares

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 344 shareholders

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 1,500 shares. With 15.94% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 1,500 * 15.94/100 = 239.1 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 239 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.1 will be cancelled.
