HID: BOD approves the adjustment of content of collecting shareholders opinion

On December 18, 2018, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company decided to adjust the content of collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing about the use of capital surplus and investment & development fund to offset accumulated losses.
