DRL: DRL to adjust the information about dividend payment

On December 19, 2018, Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 announces the adjustment of the Resolution No.25 and an Announcement No.228 dated December 17, 2018 on the content of record date for the second 2018 dividend payment as follows:

-       Adjusted content: to pay third dividend for 2018 (instead of the second 2018 dividend payment).

-       Exercise ratio: 20.00%/par value (2,000 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: expected in January 21, 2019.
