    On December 06, 2018, Camau Trading Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to collect the opinion in writing with the following contents:

1. Approving the Long Hung Service and Trading Com. Ltd receives the transfer of shares leading to the ownership of more than 25% of voting shares of Ca Mau Trading Joint Stock Company without having to make a public tender offer.

2. This resolution approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders dated December 06, 2018.
