Article 1: Approving the plan for the issuance of convertible bonds to public:
- Bond name: Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company Bond
- Bond code: BCG_BOND2019
- Bond type: convertible bond, unsecured and transfer into common share
- Issue method: public offering
- Currency type: VND
- Par value: VND1,000,000/bond
- Issue price: equal to 100% par value
- Number of registered bonds to offer: 900,000 bonds
- Total value (based on par value): VND900,000,000,000
- Interest rate: 8%/year
- Term: 03 years from the issue date
- Issue purpose: total proceeds from the offering will be used:
+ To invest in the solar energy project: VND500 billion;
+ To invest in the real estate project: VND300 billion;
+ To supplement working capital: VND100 billion.
