AMD: BOD resolution on setting up a subsidiary

The Board resolution dated December 17, 2018, FLC AMD Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company (AMD) approved to contribute its capital for establishing a subsidiary with the following contents:

-       Company name: Lam Son Mining Joint Stock Company

-       Head office: Cao Khanh Hamlet, Yen Lam Commune, Yen Dinh District, Thanh Hoa Province.

- Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000 (AMD contributed VND102,000,000,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of  Lam Son Mining JSC).

-       To appoint Ms. Pham Thi Le Thuy as the representative of stake of AMD in Lam Son Mining Joint Stock Company.
