-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Stock volume: 770,000 shares (Of which Vosco owns and sells 280,000 shares, equivalent to 36.36% charter capital of Vosamer).

-       Valuation value for per share: VND13,989/share

-       Beginning price: VND14,000/share
