On November 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VIC) approved to establish limited companies as follows:
1. VINCSS Network Security Services Company Limited - VINCSS LLC. (*), in which VIC owns 100% .
-       Charter capital: VND20Bil.
2. Vinconect Solutions And Technology Services Company Limited. (*), in which VIC owns 100% .
-       Charter capital: VND300Bil.
3. HMS Manufacturing and Trading Software Co., Ltd. (*), in which VIC owns 100%
-       Charter capital: VND50Bil.
4. Phuc An Investment and Tourism Development Joint Stock Company. (*), in which VIC owns 85%
-       Charter capital: VND20Bil.
