TIE: BOD approves to receive the transfer of shares

Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated November 27, 2018 as follows:

1. The BOD approved to receive the transfer of 3,100,000 shares, equivalent to 77.5% charter capital of Ben Nghe Trading – Production Joint Stock Company.
2. The BOD approved to receive the transfer of 777,500 shares, equivalent to 77.5% charter capital of Ben Nghe General Service Trading Joint Stock Company.
