STG: BODs resolution on the content of collecting shareholders’ opinion

The Board resolution of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (STG) announces the content of collecting shareholders’ opinion as follows:

1. Approving to restructure its Logistics Business Department.
2. Approving a merger plan between South Logistics Joint Stock Company (STG) and Sotrans Infrastructure Investment Com.Ltd (SII), merger contract and draft charter.
3. Approving Logistics Gelex Com. Ltd (GELEX Logistics) to receive the transfer of STG shares which are owned by Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX) without the public tender offer.
