On November 16, 2018, the BOD of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tran Dung as Deputy CEO as from November 16, 2018.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Cong Chinh as Deputy CEO as from November 16, 2018.
3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Dinh Tru as Deputy CEO as from November 16, 2018.
