SJD: BOD resolution on cash dividend for 2017

On November 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company approved to pay cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-       Record date: December 10, 2018

-       Exercise ratio: 45%/charter capital; Of which:

1. To pay first cash dividend: 25%/charter capital

-       Payment date: December 24, 2018

2. To pay second cash dividend: 20%/charter capital

-       Payment date: March 29, 2018.
