PPC: Decision on tax penalties On November 15, 2018, Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Hai Duong Province regarding the tax penalty as follows:
Total tax penalty: VND30,729,612,109: Of which:
- Value added tax arrears: VND2,348,366,162
- Corporate income tax arrears: VND13,876,153,586
- Resources tax arrears: VND1,016,004,555
- Resources water exploiting tax arrears: VND2,605,598,164
- Late payment of Corporate income tax: VND8,105,519,483
- Penalty for administrative violations: VND2,777,970,160.
