On November 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved the financial support commitment for NGD Investment Company Limited to implement the construction project for Representative Office and International Organization in Hanoi Diplomatic Corps with the credit limit VND2,115,406,000,000.
