HSG: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

      On November 16, 2018, the BOD of Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 134,300 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 11,300 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares from the employees resigned to make its treasury shares.

-   Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-   Expected trading date: from November 28, 2018 to December 28, 2018

-   Trading method: to transfer via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
