On November 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.93 approving the result of transfer of land at Do Xuan Hop Street, Phuoc Long B Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City with the following contents:

-       Total area: 7,156.0 m²; Of which:

+ The first parcel of land: 4,156.0 m²;

+ The second parcel of land: 3,000.0 m²

-       Transfer value: VND139,548,000,000

-       Time for transfer finish: from November 06, 2018.
