The Board resolution of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HDC) dated November 14, 2018 approving to contribute capital to set up a new company with the following information:

-       Company name: Tam Duc Com. Ltd.

-       Business line: Kindergarten

-       Total area: 3,641 m²

-       Location: lot C, Phu My new urban, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

-       Charter capital: VND12,000,000,000 (HDC contributed 50%, equivalent to VND6,000,000,000).
