FTS: BODs resolution No.05 dated November 06, 2018

FPT Securities Joint Stock Company  (FTS) announces the Board resolution No.05 dated November 06, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the business result Q3.2018 and business plan in Q4.2018.
2. Approving the signing of loan limit contract at Techcombank:

-       Short-term loan limit: VND350,000,000,000; Of which:

+ Mortgage limit: VND150 billion

+ Guarantee assets limit: VND200 billion

-       Loan term: maximum 1 month from the disbursement date

-       Purpose of loan: to implement the margin trading.

3. Approving to set up the Tran Binh Trong transaction office:

-       Transaction office name: FPT Securities Joint Stock Company – Ho Chi Minh Branch – Tran Binh Trong Transaction Office

-       Address: 299 Tran Binh Trong Street, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
