FIR: Board approves the dossiers of registration for stock offering

On May 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of First Real Joint Stock Company approved the dossiers of registration for stock offering to existing shareholders and private placement, including the following documents:

1. Application for stock offering;
2. Prospectus;
3. Audited financial statements in 2016 and 2017 and Financial statements in Q4.2018 (Separate and Consolidated);
4. The company’s charter;
5. Business license;
6. Minutes and Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 06/23/2018;
7. Report dated 05/26/2018 approving the stock issuance to raise capital, Charter and plan for the use of proceeds from the offering;
8. Resolution of Board’s Meeting dated 06/25/2018 approving the plan for stock issuance to existing shareholders and private placement;
9. Resolution of Board’s Meeting dated 06/26/2018 approving the list of strategic investors for private placement;

10. The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;

11. Report on the use of proceeds from the offering;

12. Consulting contract;

13. Information on related persons to the BOD members, Directorate, Chief Accountant and Supervisory Board;

14. Investment cooperation contract and legal records.
