-          Investor: Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock

-          Project scale:

+ Total land area: 14,680.3 m2

-          Business type: to hire the store

-          Total investment value: VND13,286,947,164

-          Time of construction: 02 months

-          Time of implementation:

+ Phase 1: to carry out the legal procedure

+ Phase 2: to carry out the infrastructure construction (from November 2018 to January 2019).

+ Phase 3: renting out (February 2019).
